Vojna Ngjeqari

Vojna Ngjeqari is a Scale Up Strategist at Softech Systems (Pvt.) Limited since September 2024, having previously served as a Business Development and Marketing Specialist at Kyoto Fusioneering from April 2021 to August 2024, where efforts were focused on advancing fusion technology for a sustainable energy future. Vojna's experience includes a role as a Fundraising Officer at the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) from January 2019 to December 2020, and founding Be-Alba, an initiative aimed at developing a Renewable Energy Hub in Albania. Additional contributions include internships at IAEA, serving as an Austrian Ambassador for Women's Entrepreneurship Day and the League of Young Voters, and founding Balkanminism - Femme Balkan, a movement for women's rights in the region. Vojna has facilitated charitable events and holds a Master’s degree in Renewable Energy and Energy Management, along with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government.
