Sandeep Gauba's work experience begins in 1991 as a Junior Engineer in Quality Control at M&M Auto Industries Ltd. From there, they moved on to JTEKT India Ltd. where they served as an Assistant Manager in Quality Assurance for over a decade. In 2006, they joined FIAMM MINDA Automotive Ltd. as the Head of Customer Centre. Following this role, they held various positions at Mahindra & Mahindra, including Deputy General Manager of Quality Assurance and Deputy General Manager of Product Design & Development. In 2011, Sandeep became the General Manager of Quality Assurance & Business Excellence at Escorts Construction Equipment Ltd. Sandeep then joined Indus Towers Limited in 2012 as the General Manager of Supply Chain Management and eventually became the Vice President of Supply Chain Management. Throughout their career, Sandeep has been responsible for implementing innovative strategies and overseeing various aspects of business operations.
