Vibha Sharma is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the HR Head for the M&G Circle and UP West Circle at Indus Towers Limited since December 2015, Vibha manages HR operations including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and grievance handling, while also being the chairperson of the POSH committee and a member of the ESH Council. Prior to this, Vibha held several key positions at Tata Teleservices Ltd from April 2006 to December 2015, including Sr Manager of Talent Engagement and Management, where responsibilities encompassed employee life cycle management, performance management systems, and talent retention initiatives. Educational qualifications include an MBA in HR from UBS, Chandigarh, and a graduate degree in Economics and Political Science from MCM DAV College for Women.
