Akash Maurya

Akash Maurya is an Associate Software Engineer at Indus Valley Partners since July 2022, bringing a diverse range of technical experience. Previously, Akash held various roles including Senior Technical Officer, Junior Technical Officer, and SE Technical Officer at ISTE VESIT from September 2019 to June 2022. During a brief internship at Bennett University in May 2020, Akash focused on a Structured Filter Pruning Approach for efficient inference of deep neural networks utilizing agglomerative clustering and cosine similarity in the VGG16 model. In other internship roles, Akash developed a microservice with recovery and retry mechanisms at Tech Mahindra and built a travel website while learning web development with Entrepreneurship Cell VESIT. Akash holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai, along with earlier educational qualifications from Pace Junior Science College and Pawar Public School.
