Achin Nirwani is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in credit risk management, portfolio management, and operations across various financial institutions. Currently serving as the Head of Portfolio Management at IndusInd Bank, Achin has previously held key leadership roles, including Director - Rating Head at CareEdge Group and Chief Executive Officer at CARE Ratings Nepal Limited. With a strong background in managing diverse rating portfolios and ensuring compliance with banking regulations, Achin has also contributed significantly to rating methodology design, policy development, and operational excellence while working at organizations such as CARE Ratings Ltd., Kotak Mahindra Bank, and ICICI Bank.
