Muzzammil Kazi

Muzzammil Kazi is an accomplished IT governance and compliance professional with extensive experience in managing technology risk and compliance in the banking sector. Currently serving as the AVP - 2 for IT Governance Risk & Compliance at IndusInd Bank since January 2021, Muzzammil leads a team that ensures adherence to regulatory requirements and coordinates audits. Previously, Muzzammil held the position of AVP - IT Risk, Audit & Compliance at YES BANK from March 2017 to December 2020, where efforts were focused on mitigating IT-related business risks. Muzzammil’s background includes a role as Project Manager at Bank of America, overseeing key projects in the Global Wholesale Banking Technology domain from July 2006 to March 2017, as well as technical and project management positions at YES BANK and Deutsche Bank early in the career. Educational qualifications include degrees from the University of Mumbai and MCT's Rajiv Gandhi Institute Of Technology.
