Rajni Badwal is an experienced banking professional with a robust career spanning several roles in prominent financial institutions. Currently serving as the National Head of Defence for IndusInd Bank's Government Banking group since September 2016, Rajni also holds the position of Regional Head for the Government Business Group. Previously, Rajni worked at IDBI Bank as Deputy General Manager managing 36 retail branches, and earlier served as Assistant General Manager as Branch Head. Rajni's career began at Centurion Bank of Punjab in various operational roles and included significant experience at Axis Bank in branch banking operations. Rajni holds a Master in Finance & Control from Chandigarh University, a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Delhi University, and has completed the CAIIB and a public policy program at the Indian School of Business.
