Saurabh Gautam

Saurabh Gautam is an accomplished professional in the banking and finance sector, specializing in agricultural and SME sectors, with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Head of the Agri Business Group and Head of Food and Agri Infra Financing at IndusInd Bank since October 2020, Saurabh effectively leads the Corporate Agri SBU across India, focusing on budget adherence and credit cost control. Prior to this role, Saurabh was the Head of Agri & SME Banking at AU Small Finance Bank, where responsibilities included establishing the SBU and driving a successful team of 200 professionals. Previous positions include Zonal Head of Corporate Agri and SME Finance at IndusInd Bank, Vice President and Associate Vice President roles at Kotak Mahindra Bank, and a variety of positions at Max Life Insurance, ICICI Bank, EDA Rural Systems, and the Aga Khan Rural Support Programme. Saurabh holds a PGDFM in Rural Management from the Indian Institute of Forest Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce.
