Shefali Khalsa

Shefali Khalsa is a seasoned professional in marketing and corporate communications, currently serving as the Head of Corporate Communications and Assets Marketing at IndusInd Bank since April 2023. In this leadership role, Shefali is a key enabler of business growth, developing comprehensive marketing and communications strategies that support consumer banking initiatives. Prior to this position, Shefali held significant roles at SBI General Insurance as the Head of Brand, Corporate Communications & CSR, where contributions included brand strategy, crisis management, and enhancing brand perception through media relations. Shefali also led marketing initiatives at HDFC ERGO General Insurance and held earlier positions at Tata Teleservices Limited, HDFC Bank, and HIC Exim Pvt. Ltd. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and certifications in Digital Marketing from NIIT Google and Sports Marketing from Northwestern University.
