Kulani Mhlanga

Kulani Mhlanga is a finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and restructuring. Currently serving as an Exit/Disposal Specialist at the Industrial Development Corporation since July 2023, Kulani is tasked with managing the divestment of non-core assets. Prior to this role, Kulani worked as a Senior Consultant in Corporate Finance and Restructuring at FTI Consulting from April 2020 to December 2022. Additional experience includes positions as a Financial Analyst at the National Treasury of South Africa and a Senior Analyst in Corporate Finance at KPMG South Africa, where Kulani focused on mergers and acquisitions. Early career experience includes a Recon Analyst role at STANLIB.
