Thandeka Ramphomane

Thandeka Ramphomane is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Head of Learning and Development at Industrial Development Corporation since January 2021. Prior to this role, Thandeka held various leadership positions, including General Manager and Group Head of Talent & Learning at MOTUS HOLDINGS LIMITED from January 2018 to December 2020, and Senior Manager of Talent, OD & Performance Management at Transnet from September 2008 to April 2017. Additional experience includes serving as HRD Manager at Unitrans and Branch Coordinator at IIE Rosebank College, along with a role as Human Resources Training Coordinator at Logical Knowledge. Thandeka's academic background includes a Master’s Degree in Business Leadership and an Honours Degree in Industrial Psychology, both from UNISA, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Psychology & Communications from the same institution.
