Casey Straka

Casey Straka is a seasoned Sr. Concept Artist at Industrial Light & Magic, with experience dating back to December 2015. Current and recent projects include major titles such as "What If," "Ant-Man: Quantumania," "Young Jedi Adventures," "Candy Cane Lane," and "Percy Jackson and the Olympians." Straka's earlier roles include contributions as a Jr. Concept Artist for projects like "Ready Player One" and "Space Jam: A New Legacy," and as an Art Assistant, providing vital support in creating concept artwork for various productions. Prior experience includes freelance technical animation work, leading animation projects, and internships at renowned companies. Straka holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Animation/Illustration from San José State University and an Associate of Arts in Design and Applied Arts from Sierra College.
