Elizabeth Tuffin

Elizabeth Tuffin is an experienced Learning and Development professional with a strong background in designing and delivering training programs across various industries. Currently serving as the Learning and Development Lead at Industrial Light & Magic since January 2022, Elizabeth focuses on consulting with different business areas to define training programs that support business and individual development. Previously, Elizabeth held roles at Wickes, Three., Qatar Airways, Research In Motion, Carphone Warehouse, and various arts companies, where responsibilities included redesigning learning experiences, elevating people experience journeys, managing training programs, and developing blended learning strategies. Elizabeth holds multiple certifications, including Insights Discovery Practitioner in Psychology and a Diploma in Performing Arts, and has a proven track record in driving training initiatives and promoting capability within organizations.
