Ricardo Cardoso

Ricardo Cardoso has extensive experience in Information Technology Operations and Support, currently serving in this role at Industrial Light & Magic since June 2023, having previously held the same position from June 2021 to August 2022. Responsibilities include managing end user expectations and addressing systems issues through technical and client service skills, as well as overseeing IT security protocols. Ricardo Cardoso holds a degree in Information Systems Engineering and Management from the University of Portsmouth, completed in 2023, and obtained a High School Diploma from Escola Secundária Júlio Dantas in 2019.
