Karl Wills

Karl Wills is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in technology and sustainability sectors. Currently serving as Chairman of I-Phyc since August 2019, Karl leads a pioneering company focused on advanced wastewater treatment solutions. As a partner at Trowlock Strategic Planning LLP and Chairperson at Black Mountains College, Karl contributes to strategic initiatives in various fields. Previous roles include Managing Partner at KMCE, Board Trustee at the Centre for Alternative Technology, and Managing Director & Founder of Pelipod Ltd, where innovative delivery solutions were developed. Karl's background also encompasses executive positions at Metapack, where significant revenue growth was achieved, as well as involvement in academia as a Visiting Fellow at the University of Manchester. Educationally, Karl holds a Master's degree in Business Science from Alliance Manchester Business School.
