Anusha Aiyer (She/Her)

Anusha Aiyer has a diverse and extensive work experience. Anusha started their career as an Information Analyst at Stratify in 2004 before moving on to work as a Content Developer Consultant at Infinite Computer Solutions in 2005. In 2006, they joined Oracle as a Recruiting Consultant for APAC. Anusha then worked at Microsoft as an HR Administrator from 2007 to 2009.

From 2010 to 2013, Anusha served as an HR Business Partner at Societe Generale. Anusha subsequently took a maternity break from January 2014 to July 2016. After their break, they joined QualiTest Group as the VP of People and Talent in 2016. From 2017 to 2021, they worked as a Strategic HR Consultant for startups and mid-size organizations.

Most recently, Anusha joined Industrial Scientific in July 2022 as an HR Leader. Anusha'sroles and responsibilities have spanned various areas of HR, including leadership, talent management, recruitment, and consulting.

Anusha Aiyer's education history reveals that they first pursued an MSc degree in Human Resource Management & Organizational Analysis from King's College London, which took place from 2009 to 2010. Prior to this, from 2001 to 2004, they completed their Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in Economics from Bangalore University. Additionally, Anusha obtained a Diploma in Information Systems from NICT, although the specific years of this educational experience are unknown.
