Dan Witherspoon

Dan Witherspoon, PMI-ACP, currently serves as the Director of Software Engineering at Industrial Scientific since July 2023. Prior to this role, Dan held various positions at Philips from June 2013 to July 2023, including Director of Software Engineering, Senior Software Development Manager, and Engineering Manager. Dan began their career at Philips Respironics as a Senior Software Engineer from May 2008 to June 2013 and worked as a Software Engineer at ProLogic, Inc. from January 2006 to May 2008, as well as a Consultant at Pyramid Consulting from August 2005 to January 2006. Dan's professional journey started as an Application Analyst at Allegheny Energy from January 2001 to August 2005. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Computer Science from Saint Vincent College (1996-2000), a Nanodegree in Data Streaming from Udacity (2021), and a Nanodegree in Site Reliability Engineering from Udacity (2022).
