Account Executive at Industrial Scientific Corporation

Vagner Franca has a diverse and extensive work experience in various sales and management roles. VAGNER began their career at ITURRI Group in 2006, where they worked as a key account manager for the states of Espirito Santo and South of Bahia. During their time there, they received training in Brazil and Europe and was appointed as a key account manager for the corporate area of the Arcelor Mittal group in Spain.

In 2010, Vagner joined Brazil Safety Brands (BSB) as an Area Manager Southeast, where they successfully restructured the sales team and positioned Bracol as a leading brand in the PPE segment in Espirito Santo and the South of Bahia. VAGNER later expanded their responsibilities to include the state of Rio de Janeiro, leading a general restructuring project that resulted in increased sales, market share, and cost reduction.

Vagner then joined MSA - The Safety Company in 2012, initially as an Area Sales Manager. VAGNER was responsible for managing sales and business development consultants in all regions, ensuring the productivity and profitability of key accounts. VAGNER also played a central role in attending exhibits, conferences, and meetings, and managing expenditures and sales reports. VAGNER later became a National Key Account Manager and an Area Sales Manager (Northeast), where they focused on developing new business opportunities, supporting the business forecast process, and implementing demand creation programs.

In 2021, Vagner took on the role of Entrepreneur, Consultant, and Business Manager at Orbital Representações Ltd, where they worked until October of the same year. Currently, they are an Account Executive and Regional Sales Manager Latin America at Industrial Scientific, where they use their expertise in sales and management to drive business growth and success.

Vagner Franca completed their education from various institutions. From 2010 to 2012, they attended FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, where they obtained a degree in Gestão Comercial with a specialization in Adm Comercial - Vendas. VAGNER then pursued a degree in Higiene e Segurança do Trabalho from 2014 to 2016 at FACULDADE UCL - ES, focusing on Segurança do Trabalho. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2010, Vagner studied at UNICES, earning a degree in Adm. Empresas.

In addition to their formal education, Vagner Franca obtained a certification from Sandler Training in March 2022.
