Shannon Baters

Shannon Baters is currently serving as a Blast Shop Manager at Universal Blastco since June 2014. Prior to this role, Shannon was a Maintenance Supervisor at ORMET PRIMARY ALUMINUM CORPORATION from May 2011 to October 2013. Additionally, Shannon also held the position of Technical Manager at Turf Care Supply Corp. (TurfCare™) from January 1996 to March 2011, where they were involved in managing technical aspects and maintenance in a sulfur coating plant.
