Laurits Harmer Lassen has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over many years. Laurits began their career as a Reporter at Dagbladet Børsen from 2003 to 2004. Laurits then worked as a Reporter and Researcher at Ugebrevet A4 from 2004 to 2005, where they wrote analysis and background articles on the Danish economy and labor market. Lassen then joined Ritzaus Bureau as a Business Reporter from 2005 to 2006. Following this, they worked at VDN as an Editor of Københavneravisen and covered economic and political agendas for Nyt fra Danmark. Lassen briefly joined Berlingske Tidende as a Business Reporter, covering the financial sector, investigative reporting, breweries, aviation, infrastructure, and tourism from 2006 to 2010. Laurits then moved on to Berlingske Business Magasin (formerly Berlingske Nyhedsmagasin) as a Business Reporter from 2010 to 2012. Lassen continued their career at Berlingske as a Political Business Reporter from 2012 to 2015. Laurits then transitioned to Nordea, where they held the position of Senior Communicator from 2015 to 2017, providing communication advice to spokespersons and working on major strategic communication projects. Currently, Lassen works at Industriens Pension as the Chief Press Officer since 2017. Laurits Harmer Lassen attended Roskilde Amtsgymnasium from 1993 to 1996, where they obtained a Matematisk student degree. Laurits then pursued further education at Roskilde University from 1998 to 2005, earning a Cand. Comm. i journalistik og forvaltning degree. In 2001, they also briefly studied Nationaløkonomi at Lund University.
