Nuzhat Karim Nisha

Nuzhat Karim Nisha has a range of work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Nuzhat Karim currently serves as the HR Lead in Dhaka for Industry Dive, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Hyundai Motors Bangladesh Limited for six years as an Assistant Manager in Human Resources, where they were responsible for recruitment, employee counseling, and developing pay plans. Nuzhat Karim also worked at DigiMobi Ltd as a Senior Executive in HR, handling day-to-day operations and maintaining employee records. Before that, they gained experience as an Executive in HR at Panacea Systems Limited, where they focused on leave and attendance management, recruitment, and policy updates. Nuzhat's earlier experiences include teaching positions at Nautical Miles and Siddiqui's International School.

Nuzhat Karim Nisha received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from North South University in 2020. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's of Science degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from the same university in 2011. Nuzhat also studied at European Standard School (ESS) from 1999 to 2006, where they obtained Ordinary Level and Advanced Level qualifications.
