Todd Milbourn

Todd Milbourn is a seasoned journalism professional with extensive experience in newsroom management, education, and community engagement. Currently serving as the Newsroom Training Manager at Industry Dive, Todd directs training for over 130 journalists, focusing on investigative reporting and breaking news. Previously, Todd held multiple roles at the University of Oregon School of Journalism and Communication, including Senior Instructor and Director of the Journalism Master's Program, while also leading the Catalyst Journalism Project. Additional experience includes Managing Editor of Science & Environment at OPB, affiliated faculty with the Agora Journalism Center, and advisory roles in journalism organizations. Todd's foundational reporting experience includes positions at The Sacramento Bee and The Modesto Bee, complemented by advanced degrees in business and political science.
