Dr. P M Shiva murthy

Dr. P M Shiva murthy has extensive work experience, starting in 2001 as an Assistant Professor at Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engineering, where they worked until July 2021. In 2021, they joined iNDX.Ai as a Data Scientist, specializing in the development of Deep Learning based AI-driven Multiomics pipeline for Cancer Therapy. Dr. P M Shiva'sroles at iNDX.Ai also involve prediction of Imaging Signatures for HRD/MSI for Cancer therapy using AI/ML, Cell Segmentation in a Multiplexed Florescence Imaging using AI/ML, and AI-based detection of Imaging Signatures corresponding to NGS signatures.

Dr. P M Shiva Murthy's education history begins with a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Computer Science from SJCE, Mysore, which they obtained from 1995 to 2000. Dr. P M Shiva then pursued a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Computer Software Engineering from SJCE, Mysore, from 2002 to 2004. Following this, Dr. Shiva Murthy went on to obtain a Ph.D in Medical Imaging, AI & Deep Learning from the University of Mysore. Alongside their educational qualifications, they have also earned additional certifications in the field of deep learning. These include a Deep Learning specialization from Coursera, obtained in May 2020, and a certification in Neural Networks and Deep Learning from an undisclosed course, also obtained in May 2020.
