Ibrahim Ouattara has extensive experience in workforce development and human resources, currently serving as a Workforce Development Manager at IndyGo since December 2021. Previously, Ibrahim held various roles within the State of Indiana DWD from December 2006 to September 2022, including Program Specialist 3, where responsibilities included supervising deputies, analyzing production and quality reports, and collaborating with HR on confidential matters. Additionally, Ibrahim worked as a Professional Development Specialist/Program Director at the Indiana Department of Workforce Development, focusing on training program development. Between February 2018 and October 2021, Ibrahim also served as a Workforce Education Specialist. Ibrahim holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Indiana University Indianapolis and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University Science And Policies De Bamako, as well as a certificate from the International Association of Career Advisors LTD.

The Indianapolis Public Transportation Corporation, commonly known as IndyGo, operates the public transit system for the City of Indianapolis, Indiana. IndyGo operates 28 fixed routes with about 5,000 stops throughout Indianapolis. The system carries approximately nine million passengers each year.
