Sean Wooding has a diverse range of legal experience. Sean most recently served as the Interim Chief Legal Officer at IndyGo starting in November 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Deputy Prosecutor at both the Hamilton County Prosecutor's Office from March 2019 to November 2019, and the Marion County Prosecutor's Office from April 2017 to March 2019. Sean also has experience as a Staff Attorney at the Indiana Department of Natural Resources from June 2015 to April 2017, where they represented and defended the department in administrative litigation, drafted legal documents, and represented the department's interests in mediations and negotiations. Before that, they worked as a Paralegal at the Indiana State Police from November 2014 to June 2015, a Certified Legal Intern at the Marion County Prosecutor's Office from January 2014 to May 2014, a Legislative Assistant at the Hoosier State Press Association from January 2014 to April 2014, an Academic Affairs Intern at the Indiana Commission For Higher Education from May 2013 to August 2013, a Republican Member Services Intern at the Indiana House of Representatives from January 2013 to May 2013, and a Law Clerk at Roscoe Stovall Jr. & Associates from May 2012 to December 2012.

Sean Wooding completed their education with a focus in law. From 2011 to 2014, they attended Indiana University Robert H McKinney School of Law and earned a Juris Doctorate degree. Prior to that, they pursued their undergraduate studies at DePauw University from 2007 to 2011, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. Sean completed their high school education at Mooresville High School from 2003 to 2007 and obtained an Honors High School Diploma.
