The IndyGo Human Resources Team is responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, workforce development, and administrative support. They ensure the effective hiring of qualified staff, foster community involvement to attract diverse talent, support employee development, and maintain a positive work environment to help IndyGo serve its nine million annual passengers efficiently.
