Operations and Facility Management

The Operations and Facility Management team at IndyGo oversees the daily operations of the public transit system, ensuring efficient and safe transportation across Indianapolis. The team is responsible for the management and maintenance of the vehicle fleet, the upkeep of transit facilities, and the training and development of operational staff. They work to implement capital projects and improve overall service quality for the nine million passengers IndyGo serves annually.
