Nicholas Bates is currently working as an Account Manager/ Implementation at IndySoft since October 2016. Prior to this, Nicholas worked as a Health Fitness Specialist at O2 Fitness from June 2016 to February 2018 and as a Benefit Service Center Team Lead for Analysis at Benefitfocus from October 2013 to March 2016. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in French Language and Literature from The Citadel, earned between 2009-2013. In their current role, Nicholas travels across the United States to train manufacturers and 3rd party calibration laboratories in using enterprise Calibration and Asset Management software.
