HR Generalist

Job Type: Full-Time 

Work Shift: US Shift (07:00 PM to 03:30 AM IST) 

Location: Delhi/NCR. 

Inecta is seeking a full-time HR Generalist to join our HR team! This is a fully remote opportunity, and the role/person can be located anywhere in the Delhi/NCR.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Handling employee operations for North America (CA & US majorly).

  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

  • Support employee relations initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.

  • Address employee queries and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions.

  • Collaborate in the development and implementation of training programs.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the HR Management System (HRMS).

  • Handling ends to end recruitment.

  • Contribute to various HR projects aimed at enhancing processes and employee experience.

  • Participate in the planning and execution of HR initiatives.

  • Using various HR tools to their optimum level.

  • Handling payroll processing.

  • Be a team player and contribute to overall success of inecta HR team.

Qualifications/Requirements: 

  • Full time degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (MBA, PDM)

  • Min 4years of experience in managing HR operation/recruitment for CA & US employees, along with payroll knowledge; this is non-negotiable. Please don't apply if you do not fulfil this criteria.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Fluency in English (verbal & written)

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
