Jonathan Rickard

Jonathan Rickard has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as Internet Operations Coordinator at Norwalk Reflector / Sandusky Register in 1995. Jonathan then transitioned to The Herald-Sun as Weekend Metro Editor in 2000 before joining Soundslides as Customer Service and Sales Director in 2008. In 2015, Jonathan moved to the Town of Hillsborough, NC, where they served as a Web Developer / Assistant Communications Manager, leading the replacement of the municipal government website and creating a reusable app for managing subscriptions. Jonathan's most recent role is as the Technical Team Lead, Backend at inecta - Food ERP, which they started in 2022.

Jonathan Rickard earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 1991 to 1994. Jonathan later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from East Carolina University, completing the program from 2010 to 2012.
