Gayan Samaratunga

Gayan Samaratunga is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as a Lead Software Engineer at InEight Inc. since March 2018, Gayan has also held the position of Senior Software Engineer within the same company. Prior to this role, Gayan spent over a decade at EDM Systems (Pvt) Ltd, where responsibilities included Senior Software Developer, Product Manager, Junior Product Manager, and Software Developer. Gayan's educational background includes an Honours Degree in Bachelor of Science (Management Information Systems) from the National University of Ireland (2007-2009), a Diploma in Computer System Design and a Higher Diploma in Computer Based Information Systems from NIBM, Colombo 07 (2003-2006), along with O/L and A/L qualifications from Kingswood College, Kandy (1993-2001).
