Itiel Villatoro

Itiel Villatoro has over eight years of diverse experience in technology support and military operations. Currently serving as a Product Support Agent III at InEight Inc. since December 2015, Itiel provides multi-language software support for Project Cost Management applications, creates instructional support articles, translates documents, troubleshoots third-party software integrations, and manages remote installations. Prior to this role, Itiel served in the United States Marine Corps from December 2011 to December 2015 as an Expeditionary Airfield Systems Technician, focusing on the employment, installation, and maintenance of airfield systems and equipment. Itiel's career began at Ralphs Grocery Company as a Combo Clerk from July 2007 to December 2011, where exceptional customer service was prioritized. Itiel holds a High School Diploma from Branford Grove High School and attended Los Angeles Pierce College from 2009 to 2011.
