Cristina Dias

Cristina Dias has extensive experience in emergency services and telecommunications, currently serving at Aces Maia / Valongo in Gabinete do Cidadão since March 2020. Cristina has been with INEM since June 2001, initially as a CODU operator responsible for managing emergency calls and activating rescue services, while also training in emergency telecommunications and the Integrated Medical Emergency Dispatch System (SIADEM). Additionally, Cristina has worked as an emergency medical technician, focusing on pre-hospital emergency care and participation in social events. Previous roles include working in human resources at Agrupamento Centros Saúde Maia / Valongo from December 2016 to March 2020, and serving as a sales representative at Avon and a store manager at O Boticário. Cristina holds a licentiate degree in social education from Escola Superior de Educação do Porto (2001-2005) and completed secondary education with a focus on economics at Escola Secundária de Ermesinde (1998-2001).
