Ed Jollie

Director, Business and Administrative Operations at iNEMI

Ed Jollie has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 1997 at IBM Corporate Headquarters. Ed served as a Technical Resource Program Manager, leading projects for the Integrated Supply Chain Information Warehouse and Supply Demand Processes. Ed also managed a 30-member team that designed, developed, and deployed an enterprise application forecasting and inventory replenishment data warehouse. In 1998, they took on the role of Chair Assignment: Integrated Supply Chain, monitoring aggregation of global Electronic Card Assembly and Test requirements.

In 2008, Ed returned to IBM as a Business & Technical Leadership Partner, leading talent development in Integrated Supply Chain, Systems & Technology Group Development / Manufacturing divisions across North America, China, India, European Union, and Latin America. Ed also headed a 5-year strategic workforce capital planning to address immediate/future resource requirements, expand the diversity footprint, and guide a unified vision.

In 2013, Ed began volunteering as a Firefighter for the Town of Apex. In 2014, they began working at Adecco Staffing, USA as a Technical Program Manager for Supply Assurance. Ed was also employed at Lenovo in a similar role as a Technical Program Manager for Supply Assurance and Misbranded Product.

Since 2018, Ed has been the Director of Business and Administrative Operations at iNEMI, a not-for-profit, highly efficient R&D consortium of leading electronics manufacturers, suppliers, associations, and government agencies.

Ed Jollie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Mount Saint Mary College.
