Derrick Walton

Derrick Walton, MBA has over 30 years of experience in the IT industry. Derrick is currently the Director of IT at Inenco Group, where they lead a team of technology professionals and oversees all aspects of IT, including development, infrastructure, support services, and strategy development. Prior to this, Derrick served as the Head of Product Support at RISCO Group, where they provided after-sales support, product training, and problem management. Derrick also held the position of Operations and IT Director at Methven UK Limited, where they managed customer service, order processing, warehousing, and IT systems. Before that, Derrick worked as the Director of Customer Support and Operations Support at Promethean, where they provided global customer service and support for educational IT solutions. Derrick also served as the Head of Project Management at Datel, delivering ERP and CRM implementation projects for SMEs. Earlier in their career, Derrick held various IT management roles at Elton Cop, BSS Zenith, BSS Group, and Cadel Ltd. Derrick holds an MBA and has experience in project management, business analysis, change management, and supplier management.

Derrick Walton, MBA attended Sheffield Hallam University from 1983 to 1987, where they earned their BSc in Industrial Studies. Following that, they pursued an MBA at The Open University Business School from 1994 to 1996.
