Business Generation Executive at Inenco Group

Luke Beckett began their work experience in 2016 as an Assistant Manager at Frankie and Benny's - New York Italian Restaurant and Bar. Luke then joined Atos in 2017 as a Call Center Representative and quickly progressed to the role of Call Center Supervisor, where they had input on multiple channels and became a CI Champion. In 2020, Luke became a Call Centre Manager and later moved on to become a Deputy FLM, responsible for managing people and their performance. Currently, they are working at Inenco Group as a Business Generation Executive and previously held the role of Client Services Team Lead, specializing in onboarding new clients, assisting with SECR report production, and helping businesses achieve Net Zero.

Luke Beckett attended Lancaster University from 2014 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Luke specialized in Business and Personal/Financial Services Marketing Operations during their time at the university. Additionally, from 2014 to 2017, Luke Beckett pursued a BA Hons degree in Business and Financial management at Blackpool and The Fylde College.
