Neil Kent

Neil Kent has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Neil is currently the Global Head of Product at INEOS Automotive since September 2023. Previously, they held various roles at Kia UK Limited, including Product Compliance Manager, Cross Carline Manager, and Product Marketing Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for product planning, pricing, marketing, and evaluating new technologies like autonomous vehicles and electrification. Before joining Kia, Neil worked at Kia Motors UK Ltd as a Parts & Accessories Advisor. Neil began their career at Hyundai Motor UK as a Parts Supervisor and also gained experience as a Fleet Manager at Thrifty Car & Van Rental.

Neil Kent has completed the Vehicle Dynamics Evaluation Course at MIRA in 2015 and the Advanced Vehicle Control Course at MIRA in 2014.
