Lauren Poole

Lauren Poole has a background in sport and exercise science, with experience in administrative roles in various sports organizations such as British Athletics and the British Triathlon Federation. Currently, Lauren holds a position as a Supporting Performance Operations Lead with the INEOS Grenadiers Cycling Team, focusing on training and medical support. Lauren's previous roles include working as a Producer at Jay and as a Performance Medical Science Senior Coordinator at British Athletics. Lauren graduated from Loughborough University with a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Exercise Science.
