Maurice Newton

Maurice Newton is a seasoned professional in the field of chemistry and regulatory compliance, currently serving as the Regulatory and IP Manager at INOVYN since January 2017. With extensive experience at INEOS Technologies since August 2004, Maurice manages the Polymer Process Additives R&D and IP portfolio, leading the development and industrialization of new PVC additives while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and managing the patent portfolio for the vinyls business. Maurice also has a significant background in medicinal inorganic chemistry, having served as the R&D and IP Manager, where responsibilities included scientific input for drug regulatory processes and presentations to major regulatory agencies. Prior experience includes the role of Detergent Applications and Silicate R&D Manager at INEOS Silicas, focusing on the development of specialty products for various industries.
