Oliver Hayward-Young

Oliver Hayward-Young has a diverse work experience in the energy and chemical industry. Oliver is currently working at INEOS, where they hold the position of Feedstocks Trading Director since October 2021. Prior to this role, they served as the Global Head of Dispenser Business from December 2020 to October 2021. Before joining INEOS in 2020, Oliver was a Sloan Fellow at Stanford University Graduate School of Business from July 2019 to July 2020. Previously, they had a long-term association with INEOS starting from 2010, where they held various positions including Business Manager IPA & MEK from July 2016 to July 2019, Propylene Product Supply Manager from January 2014 to July 2016, Gas, Power & Emissions Trader from April 2012 to January 2014, and Feedstock Analyst from October 2010 to April 2012.

Oliver Hayward-Young completed their Master of Science in Management from Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2020. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science in Economics from UCL between 2007 and 2010.
