Adolfo De La Fuente

Adolfo De La Fuente is the current Finance Director at Inetum. Prior to this, they served as the Group CEO (Interim) at ARQUIMEA Group from May 2019 to November 2019. During their time there, they revisited the strategic positioning of the different subsidiaries, provided the Board with a detailed proposal which included new strategic realignments, divestitures and reorganizations, and kick-started the amalgamation process of the Biotech subsidiaries. Adolfo also set up a Shared Service Center which gathered all the Corporate functions (Marketing, IT, HR, Finance) and defined and implemented a new Governance.

Before their time at ARQUIMEA Group, Adolfo De La Fuente served as the CEO - Senior Managing Partner at AFR Advisory.

They work with Martin Konieczny - Head of Sales, Poland, Thomas Verschueren - Head of Marketing & Communications, and Agata Wudarczyk - Head of Human Resources, Poland. Their manager is Vincent Rouaix, Chairman & CEO.
