Fakher Zouaoui

Fakher Zouaoui is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the IT and business sectors. Currently serving as the General Manager Business Line Microsoft Africa at Inetum since 2022, Zouaoui previously held the role of Chief Executive Officer for HLi Tunisia and HLi Morocco from 2001 to 2021, where significant achievements included managing a team of over 100 employees, spearheading nearshoring developments in the French market, and establishing a CRM division in Tunisia. A strong advocate for customer satisfaction and innovation, Zouaoui implemented an Integrated Innovation Management System, leading to ISO 9001 certification. Earlier in the career, Zouaoui worked as a Team Leader for ERP initiatives and as a Consultant ERP at PROMPT in France, contributing to the implementation of ERP systems in the telecommunications sector. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Computer Science and a Master's degree in IT Management from Paris-Sud University and Institut Supérieur de Gestion de Tunis, respectively.
