Maciej Kubiak has a vast experience in operational management and leadership roles in various companies such as Inetum, Gfi World, IMPAQ, Sputnik Software, and Karopoz/Schiesser Poland. With a Master of Science degree in Information Technology from Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu, Maciej has managed diverse teams in Poland, Switzerland, Romania, Bulgaria, Austria, and the UK, overseeing project managers, delivery managers, practice leaders, and more. Maciej's duties have included developing new competencies in the region, maintaining key customer relationships, and leading teams of technical professionals in Java, PHP, and MySQL programming.
