Sílvia Gusmão

Sílvia Gusmão is the Human Resources, Training and Quality Director, Portugal at Inetum. Sílvia has over 20 years of experience in SAP HCM solutions and project management. Sílvia Gusmão started their career as a swimming teacher in 1986 and transitioned to Sonae Sierra in 1997 as a sub-coordination of the Audit Teams. In 1998, they joined ROFF as an SAP HCM Technical Architecture Solutions and eventually became a Specialist Consultant SAP HCM at AMT Consulting in 2008.

Sílvia Gusmão holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, and a Post graduation in the same field from the same institution. Sílvia also holds a Graduation in Organization and Management from ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa.

Sílvia Gusmão works with Martin Konieczny - Head of Sales, Poland, Abel Costa - Managing Director, Portugal, and Vincent Berny - Head of Global Business Line Outsourcing. Sílvia Gusmão reports to Vincent Rouaix, Chairman & CEO.
