Julie Eykelbosch

Julie Eykelbosch has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Julie is currently holding the position of Senior Vice President, People at INFARM starting from February 2023. Prior to that, they founded and directed Henmarsh Consultants Limited from June 2021 to March 2023.

Julie has also worked as the Head of Business Partnering, People & Transformation at Ofcom from March 2020 to May 2021. In addition, they have extensive experience at Colt Technology Services where they held the positions of Global Head of HR Business Partnering - Chief Operating Office from January 2018 to January 2020 and Global HR Business Partner from April 2017 to January 2018. At Colt Technology Services, Julie partnered with the COO and led a team of HRBP's to deliver the group people strategy while successfully leading organizational design and cost reduction programs globally.

Prior to this, Julie worked at Amdocs where they held the roles of Global HR Business Partner, Sales - M&A and Outsourcing from May 2013 to November 2016 and Global Human Resources Business Partner, Sales from March 2008 to May 2013. At Amdocs, they were responsible for leading all HR aspects of Managed Services deals and post-merger integrations, as well as partnering with the management team to address strategic business needs and drive the people agenda.

Julie's earlier work experience includes roles at Smiths Group plc as an HR & Leadership Development Advisor from July 2007 to March 2008 and as an HR Officer from January 2005 to June 2007. Julie also has experience working as a Human Resources Assistant at The SSE Arena, Wembley from June 2004 to November 2004 and as an HR Administrator at The SSE Arena, Wembley from June 2002 to August 2003.

Julie Eykelbosch attended the University of Hertfordshire from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a BA Hons degree in Human Resources Management. In addition, they received a certification from CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) in July 2004.
