Parasotam Patolia

Parasotam Patolia has a diverse work experience in the HR field. Parasotam started their career in 2002 at Balaji Wafers Pvt Ltd as a plant HR. Parasotam then moved on to Rasna Group as a Corporate HR Head in 2008 and later joined Met Trade India Limited as a Senior Manager (Plant HR Head) in 2009. In 2010, they joined Karnavati Engineering Limited (Cadila Group) as Head HR. Currently, they are working at Maahi Milk Producer Company Limited in the role of Head HR, a position they have held since 2013.

Parasotam Patolia completed a Certificate Program in Human Resource Management at XLRI, SHRM from 2015 to 2016. Currently, Parasotam is pursuing a PhD at Sankalchand Patel University (SPU), and also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resources from SMU.
