P. Thao W. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 2010, they worked as a Sales Agent at Peek & Cloppenburg KG Düsseldorf until July 2011. From September 2011 to August 2013, they were an Operation Manager at Wanawake. They then worked as a Project and Shop Manager at Happy Socks AB from October 2013 to March 2014. In 2016, they became a Project Manager at Hoi An Kiel, Hoi An Hamburg, Bamboo Berlin, 2BBeauty until 2018. From May 2017 to January 2020, they were a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter at Botanischer Garten und Botanisches Museum Berlin-Dahlem. They currently work at INFARM, where they started in February 2020 as a Global Crop Operations Coordinator before transitioning to a Product Manager in Product Quality role in October 2020.

P. Thao W. started their education journey in 2006 at Christ the King College in Isle of Wight, England. Afterward, they attended Technische Universität Berlin from 2010 to 2015, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. Following that, they joined Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin from 2015 to 2018, earning their second Bachelor of Science degree in Gartenbauwissenschaft.
