Tari McDermand

Tari McDermand is an experienced governance and policy professional currently serving as the Senior Manager of Governance at the Infectious Diseases Society of America since September 2022, and as a Pro Bono Nonprofit Management Consultant at Catchafire since May 2022. Previously, McDermand spent nearly three decades at the College of American Pathologists, where roles included Senior Manager of Policy and Governance Affairs overseeing a 20-member Board, Governance Program Manager leading diversity initiatives, and Governance Services Specialist managing numerous committees.
