Lisa Koch

Lisa Koch is the Chief People Officer at InfernoRed Technology. Lisa has held this position since October 2021. Prior to their current role, Lisa was with SAP for 10 years, serving in various HR roles including HR Operations/Principal and Senior Human Resources Manager. Lisa has also worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter for both SAIC and The American Red Cross. Her career began in 1997 as a Sales Account Executive/Recruiting Manager for Spherion.

Lisa Koch has a PHR from the Professional Human Resources Certification Institute, an MA in Human Resource Management from Marymount University, and a BA in Communication from George Mason University. Lisa also has certification from SAP in SAP Alumni Award, Successfactors Onboarding Academy in ONB (Onboarding) Mastery, Scrum Alliance in Certified ScrumMaster(CSM), and SHRM in PHR.

They work with Magaly Fernandez - Operations Manager & Executive Assistant, Josh Blanchard - Co-Founder, and Art Lucia - Co-Founder. Lisa Koch reports to Scott Lock, CEO & Co-Founder.
