Sam Saloff-Coste is a Data Scientist and Mathematician at INFICON since June 2018, specializing in the theoretical and algorithmic design of tools for automated processing of Mass Spectrometry and GC-MS data for chemical identification. In addition to this role, Sam has been an Assistant at the Flower-Sprecher Veterinary Library since May 2015 and held an Undergraduate Researcher position at the Cornell University Department of Mathematics in June 2017, focusing on innovative applications of topology to combinatorial and geometric problems. Sam earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Cornell University in 2018.
